He is an exceptional candidate to head the team because of his considerable experience in commercial construction positions such as quantity surveying, cost management, BIM 3D, 4D, 5D, consultant, supplier, and reseller. In business growth in the Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and the United States, his outstanding track record of completing complex and specialised projects has served him well.
Sir Fransis Newman worked for NM Rothschild & Sons after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. He subsequently invested in Galloway Group, a big sheet metal ductwork manufacturer and contractor, where he worked for 11 years, rising through the ranks to become Executive Vice Chairman and leading the company to market leadership in the United Kingdom.
